Appointment Cancellations: If you must cancel an appointment, we require 24-hour's notice. There is a $30 service charge for a same-day cancellation unless we can fill the vacancy. A missed appointment (no-show)charge is equivalent to the cost of the missed session.

Discounts: Only one discount applies per visit. A discount cannot be combined with a gift certificate or spa gift card.

Gift Certificates/Prepaid Packages or Multiples Packages: Gift certificates or prepayments are non-refundable but are transferrable.

Prepaid Multiples Packages apply only to the service purchased and cannot be combined with other services.

Website gift certificate is for first-time clients only.
